Refund policy

Thank you for choosing VOKA. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for digital Asset licenses purchased through our website, https://shop.voka.io/.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (Assets) and their immediate delivery and accessibility upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, the asset not being what you expected, or your inability to use the asset due to a lack of appropriate software. We encourage you to clarify all your needs and ask any questions during the quotation process before finalizing your purchase.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We are committed to providing high-quality Assets. While all sales are final, we will consider issuing a refund only under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If an Asset file is corrupted, technically broken, or otherwise unusable, you must contact us within the timeframe specified below. We will first make every reasonable effort to provide you with a working version of the file. If we are unable to deliver a functional file to you within 5 business days of our acknowledgment of the issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Incorrect File Delivery: If you receive an Asset that is different from the one specified in your agreed-upon quote, please contact us immediately. If we cannot provide you with the correct file promptly, a full refund will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your digital Asset.
Please send your request by email to shop@voka.io and include the following information:
- Your Full Name
- The Invoice or Quote Number
- A detailed description of the issue (for technical issues, please include screenshots or error messages if possible)
Requests that do not include this information may be delayed.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment, unless another method is mutually agreed upon.
Important: License Termination Upon Refund
If a refund is issued, the license granted to you for the Asset is immediately and permanently terminated. You must permanently delete all copies of the Asset file from your devices, servers, and any other storage media. You are legally prohibited from using the Asset in any way, shape, or form following a refund.
